What do I bring for my first visit?

To enter and purchase, you must present a valid, Mississippi Medical Cannabis Patient ID card and a matching government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport).
It makes the process smoother to have hard copies of both of these things.

Do you accept out-of-state patients?

Reciprocity laws vary by state. Currently, we can only serve patients with a valid Mississippi Medical Cannabis Card. Please check with the state health department for the latest updates on visiting patient registrations.

Qualifying Conditions

The state approves medical cannabis for several chronic, terminal, or debilitating conditions. Common qualifying diagnoses include:

  • Chronic or intractable pain (refractory to appropriate opioid management)

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

  • Cancer, Glaucoma, or positive status for HIV/AIDS

  • Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, or Hepatitis

  • Alzheimer's Disease or agitation of dementia

  • Conditions causing cachexia (wasting syndrome), severe nausea, seizures, or severe and persistent muscle spasms (including Multiple Sclerosis)
